Hi, I’m Dr. Vipul Rastogi. I’m a psychiatrist and mental health expert with over 20 years of experience helping people feel better, think clearly, and live a more peaceful, fulfilling life.

I genuinely feel that taking care of our mental health is just as important as looking after our body. The way we eat well and exercise for physical health, our mind also needs care, support, and attention. My work focuses on supporting individuals through difficult times—whether it’s stress, anxiety, depression, addiction, or major life changes.

My Approach

I bring 21+ years of experience from working at Medanta Hospital and currently serve as the Head of the Department (HOD) of Psychiatry at Sukoon Hospital, Delhi NCR.

Championing over two decades in psychiatric clinical care across India and the UK, my strength lies in combining neuropsychiatry expertise with a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach, creating personalized, effective treatment plans for my patients.

My approach combines science, empathy, and practical care. I believe every person is unique, so I take time to understand your specific challenges and create a treatment plan tailored just for you.

In addition to one-on-one consultations and therapy, I’m passionate about spreading awareness around mental health. I regularly:

  • Speak at public events

  • Conduct workshops

  • Share mental health tips to support others online.

My mission is to break the stigma around mental illness and make mental health care more approachable and accessible.
